Here is our current fee schedule for required permits, plan reviews, inspections, and various fees:

Solar, Roof-mounted/integrated Photovoltaic Systems

New Commercial Buildings & Major Commercial Renovations

Currently, NFPD does not accept all construction permit applications directly; permits must also be submitted to the Town of Nederland (in town) or Boulder County (within District boundaries).

Currently adopted code for NFPD is 2018 International Fire Code (IFC) however, applicants must adhere to ammendments and code editions for the Town and/or County when applying for permits.

Nederland Fire Protection District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
