Map and Orientation Training

A group of individuals is gathered around a table, examining a map, likely planning or discussing a mission or task.

We still teach the fundamentals of compass and printed maps but smart phone technology now provides a new set of tools to help us locate fire, rescues or other emergencies in a timely fashion.
“Who you are, where you are, and what you need” are the three most important pieces of information to provide, if assistance is needed.
