Lindsey is serving in her 7th year with Nederland Fire. She has lived in Nederland since 2005, after attending CU. The outdoor opportunities, particularly for skiing and mountain biking brought her to the area and she never left. Lindsey was a ski patroller at Eldora for a number of years before getting into fire.
She has a 9 year old daughter that now participates in all the outdoor activities along with their lab/husky rescue dog, named Kat. Her daughter is also part of Nederland Fire's Youth Membership Program and servies as Junior Cadet.
Lindsey is also a career firefighter at the City of Black Hawk.
