The board will be holding a special executive session with legal counsel present under the legal advice and personnel exemptions of the Colorado Open Meetings Law, Section 24-6-402(4)(b) and Section 24-6-402(4)(f) respectively, in order to discuss the final results of the Fire Chief's Perfromance Improvement Plan.

Under Section 24-6-402(4)(f) the Fire Chief has requested that the personnel discussion be held in open session.
